Mechanique- A Tale of the Circus Tresaulti [book]

I DON'T KNOW IF I LIKE OR HATE WHEN STORIES DECIDE NOT TO EXPLAIN THINGS. LIKE I KINDA WISH I KNEW MORE ABOUT THE POWERS AND MORE ABOUT THE LIMITS OF THE GIFT AND ALL THAT BUT AT THE SAME TIME IT'S COOL WHEN BOOKS JUST KINDA TELL YOU HOW SOMETHING IS AND ROLL WITH IT. ALSO I SERIOUSLY LIKE THE WHOLE CONCEPT OF "YOU CAN'T DIE SO WE CAN MESS WITH YOUR BODY' CONCEPT AND CAN'T REALLY THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE THAT USED THAT IDEA EXCEPT THE WIZARD OF OZ.

PS. THE SHORT STORIES THAT WIN NEBULA AWARDS FOLLOW THE FORMAT THAT I HAVE TALKED SO MUCH ABOUT, BUT THE NOVELS ARE ACTUALLY GOOD NOVELS AND THIS IS A BOOK THAT WON A NEBULA AWARD AND IS A GOOD NOVEL AND I FEEL SAD AND ANGRY THAT THE ONLY PERSON I KNOW WHO READ ALL THE NEBULA AWARDS IS GONE NOW AND THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK ABOUT THIS BOOK WITH.
