Hot Coffee [movie, nonfiction]

THIS MOVIE IS REALLY GOOD. FIRST IT MAKES A SUPER CLEAR CASE ON HOW CLEARCUT REAL THE 'LADY SPILLS MCDONALDS COFFEE ON HERSELF' CASE WAS AND HOW LEGITIMATELY VALID IT WAS BUT THEN GOES ON TO EXPLAIN THE WHOLE THING AND CASES LIKE IT ARE/WERE PART OF A REALLY CONCERTED EFFORT TO RAM THROUGH TORT REFORM, THEN IT WENT ON TO TALKING ABOUT HOW SHITTY ARBITRATION IS.

PS. ALSO RALPH NADER SAID 'TORT REFORM, MORE LIKE TORT DEFORM'
